Hoa Binh has won the Savico Plaza Hanoi project

On 31July 2010, Hoa Binh has been awarded a contract for “Block A’s foundation and basement” of the Savico Plaza Hanoi project owned by Savico Hanoi.  The value of contract is 63.28 billion VND and construction duration is 150 days. The project has been commended from 1 August 2010.

The Savico Hanoi trading center has a beautiful position. It is convenient for both traffic and business development thanks to its location as a gateway to the Northern provinces, cities, especially the National Highway No. 5 from Hanoi to Hai Phong and Quang Ninh. It will be one of the biggest trading centers in Vietnam with total construction floor area (including basement) of 61,185m² and is a commercial complex consisting of 2 blocks with total construction area of 16,240m².

In June and July 2010, HBC has won and commenced many large-scale projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.  These contracts have contributed to the FY2010 planned revenue target of the Company. In the first semester of 2010, HBC’s revenue reached 689,67 billion VND and profit after taxes reached 55,67 billion VND. The FY2010 planned revenue of HBC is 2,100 billion VND and profit after taxes is 95 billion VND.
