The year 2004 was a special year of Hoa Binh Co. The company won many domestic and international prizes and advanced another step to the high technologies in the construction industry to carry out complicated works such as building tunnels for high-rise buildings in unfavorable locations, shaping steel frames, completing construction of 72 villas in six months (a record time) and building the highest television tower in Southeast Asia (252 metres or 5/6 heights of Eiffel Tower).

Also this year, Hoa Binh Co. transformed from subcontractors to major contractors in such projects in Phu My Hung as My Gia quarter (S12), My Thai II quarter (S40) and My Vien quarter (S13). The company has been awarded numerous high-ranking prizes.

The “New Millennium Prize” went to Hoa Binh Co. on October 13, 2004, and on this occasion, General Director Le Viet Hai was presented “Global Quality Management” Golden Prize. The “Diamond Eye” Prize and “platinum Technology” prize for units with highly standardized product qualities and trademarks also went to the Hoa Binh Co. These big prizes are honors to all staff of Hoa Binh Co.
