BIDV and PVFC co-sponsor Hoa Binh Tower
The Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (BIDV-HCM), PetroVietnam Finance Company - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (PVFC-HCM) and Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation signed a credit support contract for the Hoa BInh office building for lease (The Hoa Binh Tower) on November 3rd, 2007 at Sheraton Hotel, HCMC

BIDV – HCM and PVFC – HCM co- sponsor HBC for a 12-year loan limit of VND 290.7 billion for the Hoa Binh Tower at C17-1-1 Phu My Hung. Hoa Binh Tower is an office building for lease located at a beautiful lot of land in the financial- commercial center of the new urban area Phu My Hung with a total construction floor area of 40.000 sq meters and the capital invested amounting to USD 37 million. HBC has just been given the credit rating AAA by BIDV-HCM (the highest credit rating) and the bank has also decided to increase short-term credit limit for HBC from VND 185 billion to VND 380 billion.
