HBC invests in the Binh Chieu high-end apartments
On November 20, 2007 Hoa Binh Corp (HBC) and Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Company (TDH) signed the contract of investment collaboration for the building of the high-end apartments in the Binh Chieu residential area (Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District)

The project comprises high-end apartments, about 150 villas and over 320 townhouses. The total land area of the project is 15 ha, located behind Tam Binh Market (Thu Duc District). The two apartment buildings are going to have 2 commercial floors and 13 stories of high-end apartments. The capital invested in the project is going to be VND 330 billion.
