Hoa Binh won the contract Sai Gon M&C Tower Project (Sub-contractor of 5 basement structures and superstructure)

 
Sai Gon M&C Tower Project located in the center of HCMC at 3 intersection such as : Ham Nghi-Ton Duc Thang- Ben Chuong Duong on 6.672 m2 area, it is shopping center and 133 high-end apartments, 6 floors of trading center, 34 office department floors with international standard and the other services.

The apartment has 5 basements which built next to Sai Gon River, it’s in Center of Ho Chi Minh City. Hoa Binh won the contract of basement structures and all of Ferro-concretes superstructure. The Project by Saigon M&C Real Estate Joint Stock Company is investor .Construction time is 621 days and Contract value is 6,022,220,60 USD.

The project will finish in the mid 2001, Sai Gon M&C Tower will be one of spectacular constructions in the Center of HCMC, application of office management system and smart apartment with the best technology around the world such as high speed ADSL system, telephone system and MATV data, automatic manage apartment system (by the Internet), automatic measure the electronic power and water.
