The Manor 2 Top Floor Slab Completion Ceremony

In the morning of December 2,2009, the Manor 2 Top Floor Slab Completion Ceremony was solemnly celebrated at the project floor 30. Attending the ceremony were fully both Parties, in chiding Hoa Binh Corporation’s General Directorate and the Owner’s Representatives, with the consulting Company’s Representatives, Supervisors, Designers, Subcontractors Suppliers and whole group of The Manor II Project Site Management.

The Manor II project consists of 3 basements and 2 tower-blocks: Block A of 30 floors and Block B of 17 floors.

 
Hoa Binh is in charge of the structural reinforced concrete works accoroling to the Top down method and has completed in time with the work program and has received the related Project completion Certificate from the Owner.

Applying the most advanced technology of construction method in combination with Hoa Binh’s excellent experience in high-rise buildings construction and international standards of construction and quality system management, the project has been completed for fundamental works before the completion date with entire quality assurance and satisfactory labor safety, brilliantly meeting the Owner’s and Consultants requirements.

 
Mr. Phan Tang, Deputy General Director of BiTEXCO, Representative of the Owner, highly appreciated Hoa Binh’s General Directorate and Site Engineers Group for their enthusiast endeavor in the Project completion, perfectly in time, with high quality, and labor safety as previously committed.

 
Mr. Le Viet Hai, Chairman of the BOO cum CEO of Hoa Binh expressed his many thanks to the Project Consultancy Body, Supervisors, Designers for their warm support and cooperation, to the Site Management Group and workers and Subcontractors for their efforts and to the Owner for this close coordination to help the project complete in time.
