Awarding 40 scholarships for Ho Chi Minh University of Architect’s students

On 23^rd September 2011, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) and Le Mong Dao Education Support Fund (LMD Fund) awarded 40 scholarships (each scholarship worths VND 2.5 million) to Ho Chi Minh University of Architect’s studious students in “Helping dreams come true” scholarship awarding ceremony.

Despite the rain and difficulties, Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet comes to scholarship awarding ceremony

This is the first time HBC and LMD Fund directly organized awarding ceremony for students. At the ceremony, Mrs. Le Thi Kim Thoa, Chairman of LMD Fund shared: “Although the scholarship is not too much, from the bottom of our hearts, we hope to bring happiness and pride to those who receive scholarships today”.

These students are poor and studious students who passed Ho Chi Minh University of Architect in 2011 entrance exam and who achieved distinctive results and participated in Young Communist Union activities enthusiastically.

Dr. Le Quang Quy, Vice-Rector of Ho Chi Minh University of Architect said: “Students received scholarships totaling VND 600 million from funds of which LMD Fund is a key source, we would like to express our deep gratitude to Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet, Lecturer Le Mong Dao’s wife and the LMD Fund and Hoa Binh Board of Management and Mr. Hai, who passionately takes care of students”.

Formerly, many students of Ho Chi Minh University of Architect received Le Mong Dao scholarship through Ho Chi Minh City Foundation for Education Support.
