Support telephone fee for Employees.

 

Implement human resource policies and remuneration as well as creating the best working conditions for employees, BOM of HBC Company signed with Vinaphone for a telephone package services. Accordingly, from 09/01/2012 all of 1200 HBC staffs would be supported for 1 telephone Sim and monthly fee for the following: BOM is 650,000 Dong/month, BOD is 250,000 Dong/month, and employees is 1280,000 Dong/month. In case of employees use over limit above, the excess freight charges will be deducted from the salary from the closest month. 

In addition, the company also supports about 2/3 the cost of buying a new phone for employees as specified.
