HBC organized ISO Standard Project Management seminar

 

On 7th Jan 2012, HBC organized seminar with the topic “Project Management Principles according to USA Project Management Institute (PMI) – Global challenges in application of ISO project management” by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Nghi. It is the second course after the basic project management course of him in April 2011.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh and Mr. Nguyen Tan Tho, Deputy General Director, 50 attendees including project managers, site managers, deputy site managers and office staff. He introduced ISO system benefits and highly appreciated that HBC early apply ISO system. Also, he introduced ISO 21500 system, the latest quality management system.




Besides, the seminar assessed participants knowledge in basic course. The company plans to organize “Advanced project management” to improve staff members skill.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Nghi is a construction management professor in Concordia University, PMI member, American Society of Civil Engineers/ Canadian Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE/CSCE) member. Currently, he is in charge of implementation of ISO – 21500 on project management in 2012 and assigned to establish PMI brand in Vietnam.
