The project consists of 1 basement, 17 storeys (including loft and roof) performed by Hoa Binh since Feb 2011, the company is in charge of underground, structure works. It is the 2nd project of Mipec developer awarded to Hoa Binh after the success of 1st project, Mipec Tower, 229 Tay Son, Dong Da, Hanoi.
The site management team had to speed up construction of 15th story and loft with 4 days/floor to organize the topping-out ceremony.
