The following regulations approved by Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation Shareholders on 29th April 2008
I. TERMS USED IN REGULATIONS
Clause1. Definition
1. The meaning of definitions used in regulations
a. “Chartered capital”: assets brought by all shareholders and defined in Clause 5.
b. “Business Law”: Business Law No. 60/2005/QH11 approved by Congress dated on 29th Dec 2005
c. “Establishment date”: the date of being granted business license
d. “Management Officers including CEO, Deputy General Director, Financial Director, other management positions appointed by Board of Directors
e. “Related person”: individual or organization defined in Clause 4.17 of Business Law
f. “Operating duration”: the company operating duration defined in Clause 2 and extension date (if has) approved by shareholders meeting according to resolution.
g. “Vietnam”: Socialist Republic of Vietnam
2. In this regulation, reference referring to one or some regulations or other document will include adjustments or replaced document.
3. Titles (Chapters, Clauses of this regulation)are used to make clear of contents and do not make changes to regulation
4. Terms or definitions used in Business Law (if not in conflict with subject or context) will have the same meaning in this regulation…
